Terms and conditions of #FCMBKidsAtTheMovies

  1. #FCMBKidsAtTheMovies comprises two stages:
    • The Contest stage (from May 11-23, 2017)
    • The Event itself (May 27, 2017)
  2. To be eligible to participate in #FCMBKidsAtTheMovies:
    • One of the child’s parents must participate in the Contest stage
    • The family’s child(ren) or ward(s) have an FCMB Kids Account (you can open one here)
    • Where a family has one child / ward, N10,000 must be deposited into the FCMB Kids Account and a maximum of 3 people can attend from the family
    • Where a family has more than one child / ward, N10,000 must be deposited into the FCMB Kids Account of at least 2 of the children or wards and a maximum of 5 people can attend from the family
    3. The Contest stage
  3. To be eligible to win tickets to the Event itself, at least one of the child’s paremts must participate in the Contest stage
    • Participants must submit an entry to in form of a short video uploaded to their personal Facebook or Instagram page, using the hashtag #FCMBKidsAtTheMovies to stand a chance to win tickets to the Event itself
    • The 95 videos with the most shares and likes will each receive tickets for the entire family to attend the exclusive Children’s Day event #FCMBKidsAtTheMovies!
  4. Winners will be announced between May 24-25, 2017 on our social media pages and will also receive a notification via email and sms
  5. Winners will receive their tickets at FilmHouse Cinema, Surulere on the actual day of the #FCMBKidsAtTheMovies event, which is May 27th 2017.
  6. Prizes won are not transferable to another person / family. Only winners announced are eligible to attend the #FCMBKidsAtTheMovies event
    7. The Event Itself

    • Where a family has one child, a maximum of 3 people can attend from the family
    • Where a family has two or more children, a maximum of 5 people can attend from the family
  8. Nanny services will NOT be provided. All children must be accompanied and supervised at all times during the #FCMBKidsAtTheMovies event by at least one adult from their family
  9. FCMB does not assume responsibility for accommodation, transportation or logistics at any point during the contest stage or at the #FCMBKidsAtTheMovies event itself. Participants and Winners are responsible for transporting themselves to and from the venue of the event as needed
  10. FCMB reserves the right to use all creative assets including participant pictures, videos, graphics and other material related to the contest stage or the #FCMBKidsAtTheMovies event itself for the purpose of promoting the FCMB Kids Banking products (Kids Account and Education Investment Plan)
  11. FCMB’s decision with respect to all matters relating to activities and activations around #FCMBKidsAtTheMovies will be final and binding on all participants.
  12. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  13. FCMB excludes itself from all losses, expenses or damages that may be suffered or incurred by any of the participants as a result of participating in the contest stage or attending the #FCMBKidsAtTheMovies itself, except such losses, expenses or damages are attributable to FCMB’s negligence or misconduct.
