FCMB has partnered with RelishONE, a leading concierge service provider, to offer our customers an elevated experience. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and build stronger loyalty.
All bank customers are eligible to subscribe to the concierge service by paying a subscription fee quarterly or annually. Premium customers will have access to select services without a subscription.
You can sign up by sending an email to premiumexperience@fcmb.com to indicate your interest. After completing the registration process and payment, you will have full access to the concierge services.
If you do not renew your subscription, you will lose access to all the concierge services, including lounge access, travel discounts, and other premium offers.
You will have access to a network of airport lounges across various international and domestic airports. A list of participating lounges is available on the concierge portal.
The service offers exclusive access to tickets for major global events such as concerts, sporting events (Superbowl, NBA, etc.), festivals, and more. Availability will vary based on the event and location.
You can earn cashback from any establishment of your choice by submitting your payment receipt through the concierge service desk. This includes cable subscriptions like GoTV, DSTV, Internet, Mobile data, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Uber, and services like dining, hotels, spas, and online courses.
You can pay the quarterly or annual subscription fee through direct debit from your bank account or outright transfer to a dedicated account that will be provided via email after indicating interest.
The concierge service is personal. However, services like airport lounge access and premium transport services may allow you to purchase additional access for friends and family, but benefits cannot be directly transferred.
Once your request is received, you will receive an acknowledgment within 30 minutes. For certain services like airport lounges or protocol services, we recommend making reservations several hours in advance of the intended use.
All requests will be handled by a RelishONE representative and responded to via email. However, with your consent, a representative may contact you by phone if further clarification is needed regarding your request.
