  • Question: How can I apply for the travel financing?
    Answer: Visit www.247travels.com to search and book your preferred flight option. On the payment page, Select Pay later with FCMB and follow the prompt.
  • Question: What are the requirements for the travel financing?
    Answer: All you need to complete the financing process are;
    • International Passport data page
    • Passport photograph
    • Utility bill
    • A completed FCMB financing form
    • Processing fee
    • Equity contribution (Upfront payment)
  • Question: Can I travel now and pay later?
    Answer: No, all payment must be completed before travel date.
  • Question: What is the maximum installment I can pay?
    Answer: The maximum number of installments is 4 (inclusive of equity contribution)
  • Question: If I decide to pay my outstanding balance before the completion of the loan tenure will there be a waiver of the subsequent months interest?
    Answer: There is an interest waiver option. However, the request MUST come in at least 5 days before repayment date for the month.
  • Question: Is it possible for me to request for a refund after the ticket has been issued?
    Answer: Yes, a refund request can be sent to FCMB, however all outstanding fees will be deducted from the refund value.
  • Question: What is the minimum amount I must pay upfront?
    Answer: A minimum upfront payment of 50% of the ticket value is required.
  • Question: Can I transfer my ticket to a third party?
    Answer: No. Based on Airlines policy a ticket can only be used by the passenger for which it was issued.
  • Question: In case of cancelation by Airline, what happens to my ticket?
    Answer: The concerned Airline will reschedule at no cost.
  • Question: If there is a No-Show on my ticket what happens?
    Answer: Depending on the condition of the ticket, If it permits no-show, the no-show penalty plus all applicable charges will be paid. But if it does not permit no-show the ticket can no longer be used.
