    Visit any of our branches or contact customer service to request an AfriGo card. You’ll soon be able to request the card through the FCMB Mobile App as well.

  7. Which accounts can I link to my AfriGo Debit Card?

    You can link your AfriGo card to either a Savings or Current account.

  8. How do I activate my AfriGo Debit Card?

    There are three ways to activate your card:

    ATM Activation: Insert the card, select “New card? Select PIN,” enter a default 4-digit PIN, generate an OTP, and enter the OTP to confirm PIN setup.

    FCMB Mobile App: Log in to the app, navigate to the Cards menu, select Card Activation, and set up a 4-digit PIN.

    Branch Activation: Visit an FCMB branch to activate the card using the Twig POS.

  9. What are the transaction fees for the AfriGo Debit Card?

    ATM withdrawals from other banks’ ATMs are free for the first 3 withdrawals, after which a fee of N35 applies.

  10. What are the transaction limits for the AfriGo card?
