2. How can a Biller/Merchant be onboarded?

Biller/Merchant simply completes an application form at any FCMB Branch. CRITICALLY – there needs to be digital onboarding for this proposition, as we must reduce or eliminate calls to visit a branch)

3. Can I access the service in other Banks after applying at FCMB?

Yes. You can access this service from all Banks..

4. As a Biller/Merchant, do I need to give my customers any details for use when making payments??

Yes, the Biller/Merchant is assigned a Biller ID which needs to be provided by the customer for all collection.

5. How many times can payment be made to a Biller/Merchant daily?

There is no limit to the number of times payment can be made to a Biller/Merchant daily.

6. Do my customers need to have an FCMB account to be able to make a payment on BillsCollect?

No. Customers making payment are not required to have an FCMB account to pay a Biller/Merchant.

7. Will I be given any evidence of payment at the Bank?

A receipt is generated upon payment and printed out for customers as evidence of payment to the Biller/Merchant.
