FlashmeCash empowers you to transfer funds to all mobile phone users in Nigeria, buy recharge cards, and pay your bills (e.g. DStv & GOtv) through any type of phone.

HOW TO REGISTER

There are 3 ways to register on FCMB FlashmeCash:

• Visit any branch of FCMB to fill a FlashmeCash form and submit a passport photograph, and any means of identification.
• Go to FlashmeCash Website, click on “Create New Account” at the top of the page to fill in your details and subsequently visit a branch to complete the registration.
• You can register via SMS using the format shown below and afterwards visit a branch to complete the registration.

HOW TO USE FLASHMECASH

After sign on, you can operate your FlashmeCash through any of the following channels:

1. Internet: Log on to https://flashmecash.firstcitygrouponline.com/ with your user name and password to carry out your transactions. Transactions available through the web includes: funds transfer, bills payment, recharge card purchase, balance enquiry, password change,bulk SMS, multiple payment and e-auction.
2. Flashwallet: Flashwallet is a debit card attached to your FlashmeCash account to enhance your FlashmeCash experience with card payment services. You can use the card on all ATMs in Nigeria to withdraw cash from your mobile account, check your balance and carry out Quick teller transactions to pay for goods & services on POS or the internet. Flashwallet can be obtained instantly from all FCMB branches.
3. Mobile App: Java enabled phones can download FlashmeCash app from https://flashmecash.firstcitygrouponline.com/ (Click on “Mobile App Download” at the top of the home page and input the required details) to download the App. Transactions available through the mobile app includes: funds transfer, bills payment, recharge card purchase, balance enquiry and password change.

• List the phone numbers you want to send SMS to (in a column) in text or excel file format.
• Save the file in a known or preferred destination on your computer system
• Log on to the FlashmeCash portal with your details
• Click on ACCOUNT
• Click on BULK SMS
• To UPLOAD files, Select “Upload” from the “Upload” radio button, Click on BROWSE or CHOOSE FILE and upload the phone number list already saved in text or excel format or select the “DIRECT INPUT” radio button to enter the phone numbers directly. Input the SENDER ID (Maximum of 11 characters)
• Input the text message in the ‘Text Message’ field
• Input the TRANSACTION PASSWORD
• Click on PROCEED

BULK PAYMENT GUIDE

• Prepare file in excel format
• The file will have four (4) columns namely FULL NAME, PHONE NUMBER, and NARRATION AND AMOUNT. Please note that each phone number should start with the 234 code. E.g. 08030111222 will be 2348030111222.
• Save file in a known or preferred destination on your computer system
• Log on to the FlashmeCash portal with your details
• Click on ACCOUNT
• Click on MULTIPLE PAYMENT
• Go to FILE and click BROWSE to select and upload the file already saved on your computer system
• Input the TRANSACTION PASSWORD
• On the next screen, you will be required to confirm your transaction (Do you wish to proceed?) then Click Ok.
