How to Send

• Agree appropriate charges from Funds Transfer Officer
• Complete Money Transfer Send form with the following details;
• Name of sender – (Mandatory)
• Sender’s telephone number – (Optional, except sender prefers *SMS notification of successful pick up of transfer by receiver)
• Contact Address of sender – (Mandatory)
• E-mail address of sender – (Optional, for free email notification of successful pick up of transfer by receiver)
• FCMB account number of sender - (Account holders only)
• Amount to be transferred
• Payout branch – (Mandatory, please request for branch list)
• Name of beneficiary – (Mandatory)
• Test question and answer – (Optional but mandatory if transfer is to be paid to receiver without ID)
• State beneficiary’s means of identification;
• International passport
• National drivers license
• National ID
• Any other ID as specified by sender
• Pay without ID as specified by sender

How to Receive

• Complete Money Transfer Receive form with the following details;
• Name of receiver – (Mandatory)
• Name of sender – (Mandatory)
• Transfer Code – Mandatory
• Receiver’s address – (Mandatory)
• Telephone number of receiver – (Optional)
• E-mail address of receiver – (Optional)
• Expected amount
• Provide Test Question and Answer (if included by sender)
• Provide identification;
• International passport
