How to Receive

Beneficiary completes "To receive money" form providing the following information;
Name of receiver - (Mandatory)
Name of sender – (Mandatory)
Answer to test Question – (Mandatory)
Country of send – (Mandatory)
10 digits MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) – (Mandatory)
Expected amount in local currency or dollars (-/+10% error margin allowed) – (Mandatory)
Provide identification;
Valid International Passport
Valid National Driver’s license
National ID
Valid Voters Card
BVN ( verified from the CSM)
For amount of $500.00 and above, receiver needs to be an account holder

For Send Transactions

Sending customer can transfer funds at any of our branches by providing the following:

Completed ‘ Send Money’ Form (available at the branch)

Sender’s name

Receiver’s name and country

Send amount

Acceptable means of identification (any of the following):

National ID Card
Valid Voters Card
Driver’s License
BVN Page Printout (printed by CSO)
Permanent Voter’s Card
