How to Receive

  • Beneficiary completes "To receive money" form providing the following information;
  • Name of receiver - (Mandatory)
  • Name of sender – (Mandatory)
  • Answer to test Question – (Mandatory)
  • Country of send – (Mandatory)
  • 10 digits MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) – (Mandatory)
  • Expected amount in local currency or dollars (-/+10% error margin allowed) – (Mandatory)
  • Provide identification;
  • Valid International Passport
  • Valid National Driver’s license
  • National ID
  • Valid Voters Card
  • BVN ( verified from the CSM)
  • For amount of $500.00 and above, receiver needs to be an account holder

 

For Send Transactions

Sending customer can transfer funds at any of our branches by providing the following:

Completed ‘ Send Money’ Form (available at the branch)

Sender’s name

              Receiver’s name and country

              Send amount

Acceptable means of identification (any of the following):

  • National ID Card
  • Valid Voters Card
  • Driver’s License
  • BVN Page Printout (printed by CSO)
  • Permanent Voter’s Card
