Ms. Oluyinka Johnson- Non-Executive Director

Ms. Oluyinka Johnson is a seasoned business professional with over two decades of leadership experience spanning the financial services and business sectors. She built a distinguished career leading strategic transformations, driving operational excellence, and fostering innovation across major institutions.

Previously, she held senior leadership roles at First Bank of Nigeria Limited, including Group Head of First Shared Services (FSS) Banking Operations and Head of Corporate Transformation, where she spearheaded strategic initiatives that strengthened efficiency and enhanced service delivery.

Prior to banking, Oluyinka was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Integrated Business Strategies, where she advised top-tier financial institutions on strategy development, transformation, performance optimization, and organizational restructuring. Early in her career, she worked as a Development Engineer for a leading pharmaceutical company in the UK and USA.

She is an entrepreneur in the skincare industry.

Oluyinka holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from South Bank University, London, United Kingdom, and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, United States. She is a WimBoard Fellow and an advocate for gender empowerment at the grassroots and leadership excellence in the Corporate sector.

She joined the Bank's Board as a Non-Executive Director following the CBN's approval of her appointment on August 11th, 2025.
